As I continue my graduate studies through Doane's EDL program, I find myself reflecting more and more on the use of communication and continued support for staff. I am lucky to work in a great district, with great leadership who help our staff through continued growth. As an educator, it's my belief we as educators should continually be learning and working towards constant reflection and personal growth. As an educator I' also have a strong belief in the fact that great schools don't happen by accident. It takes consistent coaching, admin support and data feedback.
